Photos from Scuba Diving over New Year’s Eve

Hey folks,
we had the most fantastic experience over New Year’s Eve. We started our scuba diving course at ProDive on Dec 28, 2010 and went out on a boat on Dec 30, 2010 to stay on it for three days – at the Great Barrier Reef! We liked it so much that we decided to extend our trip for another 2 days on another boat of the dive school and become not only Open Water, but Advanced Open Water Divers according to PADI. What an amazing trip for our first dives in this very special setting! Pictures are here:
So many more photos ..

Hey folks,
happy to see you here again! 🙂
Sorry we left you alone for so long, but we had a couple of really amazing weeks. We traveled through the Grampians, the Coorong National Park, Adelaide, Port Augusta, the Mount Remarkable National Park, the Flinders Ranges, the MacDonnell Ranges, the Kata Tjuta National Park, Kings Canyon, Devil’s Marbles, Alice Springs and Coober Pedy and .. the unforgiving, hot and dusty Outback that we deeply fell in love with.
Everything went fine, even trouble with our LandCruiser did not hold us back for more than a few days. A few days ago we have arrived in Cairns, and it started raining badly. The tropical wet season has begun, and it’s hot and humid around here. Nevertheless, we booked a Scuba Diving course over New Year’s Eve, meaning we will be on a boat in the Great Barrier Reef when the new year arrives. Wow! 🙂
It’s really time to keep you updated with a few photos. Well, here’s for a start:
Have fun, we’ll be back shortly with a lot of new articles. We even managed to finish the Great Ocean Road series – finally. 😉
